Claus Dürndorfer has years of experience in the areas of pensions, risk management, and financial mathematics. He has developed investment strategies for pension products at leading banks. Before co-founding The Value Group, he headed Credit Suisse Pension Systems GmbH. To optimize long-term investment strategies in stocks and corporate bonds, he and his sister had the idea of integrating additional factors (extra-financials) in investment processes, in addition to the conventional financial figures, to improve the selection process and reduce risks.
